When you choose the wire transfer payment at the check-out page, you will see the bank account information(OCBC Acc. 552 839409001). You can transfer the right amount to the account and leave the message of your Sevamall account. Our service team will contact you within 1 or 2 days to confirm the order and provide you with the tracking number. Cash On Delivery (COD)
When you choose this COD at the check-out page, our service team will contact you to confirm the order within several hours. Generally speaking, we can deliver the MRT station you appoint at the certain time slot. For the free delivery, the amount has to more than 100SGD. Otherwise, 5SGD delivery fee will be charged. This method is suitable for light and small products like headphones, earphones, smart watch, tablets and accessories.
By now, we have 2 warehouses. One is located at Clementi ave5 S120325. The other is located at 192 Pandan Loop S128381. For bulky and large products like TVs, game consoles, etc. This method is strongly encouraged. You can test and view the product before you buy it in our warehouse. You can choose this method at the check-out page. Our service will contact you at soonest convenience.
PS: As for the credit card payment, we are still negotiating with the local payment company. This method will be available in the near future.
